We moved from Florida to Canton Georgia and Jennifer found us our house in Great Sky before it even went on the market. She was ALWAYS incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to handle everything to get us closed while we were out of state. She has been a great resource for Great Sky and Canton and we appreciate all she has done!

Jen made the process smooth and wasn’t afraid to speak up to the builder and get things taken care of when things weren’t done properly. Before we settled on a new build, she showed us at least 20 houses or more with zero complaint and was flexible as we were coming in and out of town to see homes! She also made us feel right at home giving us all the town recommendations and numbers for doctors, dentists, schools, deck companies, you name it and she was happy to help! Love her and she’s now helped several friends and family members of mine!

My family has moved a lot, and we've sold at least 6 different homes in different states, and this time we were in a bit of a crunch to quickly sell and move to another state so our kids could start their new schools. My family and I started looking for a home in Georgia in September last year. We packed up all of our belongings and left Florida in December. I was convinced that I was going to find that perfect unicorn home, with a laundry list of needs and wants. As first-time home sellers, Jennifer really made it an easy process for us! She was always in communication with us and very knowledgeable. Hi Great Sky, I wanted to share my thoughts on a very important topic. If y’all have even thought about cashing out in this real estate market my advice would be to use the agent we did Thundering Hills own Jennifer Bohrer. We closed yesterday on our sale of our TH house. She did a FANTASTIC job for us, in what I’m guessing might have been one of the most awkward transactions one could be put in with having to sell a house that would be almost her next-door neighbor, something we hadn’t thought much about prior to listing (sorry Jen to almost share your location). Jennifer’s communication was so frequent, her eye for staging the house spot on. We didn’t have a lot of furniture in our house, I wanted to hire a staging company. She said give me 30 minutes she was back with some small pieces of furniture and small items to complete the staging. While other homes around us sat with what looked like few showings, we were doing 3-4 a day or more and the communication from her as I said was fabulous. We never waited longer than it took her to get the feedback it was instantly to us. There were several nights she was up past midnight working with us on details. So many times, from outsiders I heard wrong time of year to sell, each time I asked Jennifer what she thought and “heard this market, and trust me “. Trust her we did. In an area where there plenty of agents around us seriously just talk to Jen. I’m sure the others are nice and work hard, nothing against them there’s just something with her marketing and approach and easy to talk to.

What an amazing woman, she pays close attention to all the details you have requested. Very honest, loyal, outstanding and goes the extra mile for you.

Jennifer is a top-notch person with an unmatched work ethic. She is a great listener and very solution-orientated. Most Realtors will show properties until both parties are blue in the face without asking the important questions, which usually ends in a lot of frustration.
